  • Data is collected using a spreadsheet based questionnaire, sent by e-mail or in hard copy format. We can also accept data in your own format if necessary
  We recommend that new participants take advantage of a complimentary visit by an experienced survey consultant who will introduce you to the data collection process and our published guides, can assist with job matching and ensure we have a good understanding of your needs.
   
  In subsequent years we can send you our questionnaire, in either hard copy or electronically, including the data you supplied in the previous year making it easier for you to update. If you prefer we are happy to meet with you to assist in this process at any time.
   
  It is by having regular contact with our clients that we ensure we are up-to-date with new issues that are of interest, new jobs that we may add to our survey, and requirements for additional information by the HR professional

Participant Forums
   
  Our next participant forums will be held in April/May 2010. Please contact us for further information.
   
  Two or three times a year we host informal forums whereby participants in our surveys can meet with ourselves and each other to discuss recent survey findings, future requirements for pay-related information and current HR-related issues. These forums offer an opportunity for you to network with other HR professionals in the finance sector and for us to ensure we are providing the information you need in an appropriate format. These forums are available to survey participants only.
